Introduction
Hanagokoro-no-Yu “Shintomitei” is a Japanese style hotel located on a rise with an amazing view of Matsushima Bay, one of the most scenic places in Japan. It is located halfway up the Shintomiyama Observatory, which takes about seven minutes on foot from Matsushima Zuiganji, and you can have an excellent scenery of the entire bay of Matsushima that begins from Shichigahama and ends towards Okumatsushima.
We serve our customers with delicious cuisines cooked with seasonal ingredients and artificial hot spring that feels soft on your skin to provide them with a relaxing experience.

We serve various seasonal ingredients, such as Sendai’s specialty, Gyutan, and fresh seafood like oysters caught in Matsushima Bay for dinner. At our hotel, you can enjoy excellent cuisines cooked by skilled chefs with fresh ingredients from off the coast of Sanriku.
